From 1/1/18 to 2/25/18

To confirm the reservation, you have to pay in advance 30% of the total price.
You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. You will be penalized with 30% of the total price if cancel during the 2 days prior to the arrival date.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.


From 2/26/18 to 3/1/18

To confirm the reservation, you have to pay in advance 30% of the total price.
You will be penalized with 30% of the total price if cancel after making the reservation and the total price if cancel during 2 days prior to the arrival date.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.


From 3/2/18 to 3/28/18

To confirm the reservation, you have to pay in advance 30% of the total price.
You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. You will be penalized with 30% of the total price if cancel during the 2 days prior to the arrival date.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.


From 3/29/18 to 11/4/18

To confirm the reservation, you have to pay in advance 30% of the total price.
You will be penalized with 30% of the total price if cancel after making the reservation and the total price if cancel during 2 days prior to the arrival date.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.


From 11/5/18 to 12/20/18

To confirm the reservation, you have to pay in advance 30% of the total price.
You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. You will be penalized with 30% of the total price if cancel during the 2 days prior to the arrival date.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.


From 12/21/18 to 1/1/19

To confirm the reservation, you have to pay in advance 30% of the total price.
You will be penalized with 30% of the total price if cancel after making the reservation and the total price if cancel during 2 days prior to the arrival date.
